These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the trading platforms, services, and products provided by NexusFX (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By opening an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility

To use NexusFX services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Not be subject to sanctions or restrictions by any international authority
• Not be a resident of any restricted jurisdiction as determined by NexusFX

2. Account Registration and Verification

To access trading services, you must:

• Register an account with accurate and up-to-date information
• Undergo identity verification (KYC) and provide documents upon request
• Comply with anti-money laundering (AML) procedures

Failure to provide accurate information or comply with verification may result in account suspension or termination.

3. Services Provided

NexusFX offers trading services in forex, commodities, indices, and other CFDs (Contracts for Difference) via regulated platforms. We may add, modify, or remove services at our discretion without prior notice.

4. Risk Acknowledgment

Trading leveraged products involves significant risk and may result in the loss of your entire investment. You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose. NexusFX is not responsible for any trading losses incurred.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

You may deposit and withdraw funds using approved methods in your own name only.

NexusFX reserves the right to request additional documentation to validate transactions.

Withdrawal requests are processed within a standard timeframe, though delays may occur due to compliance checks.

6. Fees and Charges

All applicable fees—including spreads, commissions, swaps, and administrative charges—will be disclosed on our platform or in account documentation. You are responsible for reviewing and accepting these fees before engaging in trading activities.

7. Use of the Platform

You agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Use the platform only for lawful and intended purposes
• Not engage in abusive trading practices (e.g., arbitrage, spoofing, use of unauthorized bots)
• Immediately report any unauthorized activity or security concerns

NexusFX reserves the right to monitor activity and terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, technology, and intellectual property on the NexusFX platform are owned or licensed by NexusFX. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, or distribute any part of our platform without written permission.

9. Account Suspension or Termination

NexusFX may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if:

• You breach these Terms
• You provide false or misleading information
• You engage in suspicious or illegal activity
• Required by law, court order, or regulatory authority

Upon termination, you must close all open positions and withdraw remaining funds as instructed.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NexusFX shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Delays or interruptions in service due to system failures or force majeure events
• Trading losses or missed opportunities

Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to NexusFX in the past 12 months.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NexusFX, its affiliates, directors, employees, and service providers from any claims or liabilities arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our platform.

12. Amendments

We may update these Terms periodically. Any material changes will be communicated through the platform or email. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of updated Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.
